"Haven't talked to Janna, but signed up with Ethan. I talked to them first, then called other places for quotes and their customer service was SIGNIFICANTLY better than everywhere else. Broke down the coverage for everything without me even asking, and did not pressure me at all to accept then and there. Not to mention the price was less than everywhere else for better coverage! And I just got a hand written note from the office--um what?? Definitely would recommend them to anyone who asked. Much relief after paying way too much for way too long. Makes it even better to feel like Im not just another number-- maybe I am But I dont feel like it! Haha"
